本产品适用于交流额定电压(U0/U)0.6/1kV系统的输配电线路
This product is sultable for use in rated AC voltage(U0/U)0.6/1kV system transmitting and distributing circuit.
■ 使用特性 Property for use
1. 既有远优于PVC绝缘电缆的所有特性指标,有克服了物理交联和其他化学交联的弊端,并且完全达到或超过了GB及IEC规定的技术特性值。
It is for better than all property targets of PVC insulated power cable and has overcome the short comings of physical and chemical cross-linkage,and completely reaches or surpasses GB and IEC technical property value.
2. 电缆导体最高允许工作温度为90℃;应急超载工作温度为130℃;短路时(5s)导体最高温度为250℃。
The allowed max. cable conductor work temperature is 90℃;urgent excess work temperature is 130℃ for short circult(5s),max. conductor temperature is 250℃.
3. 电缆敷设时的环境温度应不低于0℃,如在0℃一下敷设,应对电缆预热。
The environmental temperature for laying cable should be not less than 0℃,if alying under 0℃,the cable should be preheated.
4. 电缆弯曲半径为:单芯电缆不小于电缆外径的12倍;多芯电缆不小于电缆外径的10倍。
The cable bend radius for single core should be not less than 12 times of overall cable diameter;for multi-core cable,not less than 10 times of overall cable diameter.
5. 载流量大,敷设不受落差限制。
The current-carrying capacity is large and not limited by drop during layig.

IEC推荐的载流量大为降低,截面选择宜适当放大。
The screen-coppeer-tape and steel wire (including all copper wire for magnetism seperation) of single-core steel wire armored power cable for AC system must be connectted to earth well and effectivity.
The current carying capacity is calculated by formulas of IEC.It is advised in the new edition of GB/T12706 that the current carrying capacity of steel wire armored power cable with special structure is lower than that in IEC standard,so the cross-section should be enlarged appopriately.
■电缆敷设运行条件 Installation and Operation Condition of Cable
在空气中敷设 In air
1. 单芯电缆平行敷设时中心距离:185mm2及以下为电缆直径的2倍;240mm2及以上为90mm。
2. 周围环境空气温度:30℃。
3. 导体的长期最高工作温度:90℃。
1. The distance between cable centers of single-core cables laid in paralled:cross sectional area of conductor ≤185mm2: 2 times of the cable diameter;cross-sectional area of conductor≥240mm2:90mm.
2. Ambient air temperature:30℃.
3. Max. contionous operating temperature of conductor:90℃.
